Shower with blue feather relief tiles

Shower with blue feather relief tiles

The shower wall is finished in Naghsh Ara's relief feather tile in petrol-blue glaze, with a floor of blue glazed subway tiles. The raised diagonal lines catch light and water droplets for beautiful shading, and the dark-grey shower column stands out on the blue for a calm, water-like space.

Laundry room with olive green picket tiles

Laundry room with olive green picket tiles

This laundry room wall is tiled floor to ceiling in Naghsh Ara's handmade picket (elongated hexagon) tile in olive green glaze with white grout. The raised tile edges and light grout form a crisp graphic pattern, and the glossy glaze makes a small utility room feel special, paired with a large basin and light cabinetry.

WC with pastel blue fish scale tiles

The main wall of this WC is covered in Naghsh Ara's handmade fish scale tile in pastel blue and white glaze, spreading like watercolour on each scale for a soft, calm wall. A light-blue wall-hung WC matches the tile, and a white stone wall with concealed lighting keeps the room bright and clean.

Shower in multi-tone green elongated tiles

Shower in multi-tone green elongated tiles

The walls and floor of this shower use Naghsh Ara's handmade elongated tile in shades from light to deep green – vertical on the curved wall, horizontal on the floor – so the colour shifts read like rippling water. Gold fittings and a black WC against white walls add a smart contrast.

Dark bathroom with deep green herringbone tiles

Dark bathroom with deep green herringbone tiles

In this modern bathroom of dark stone and a stone basin, the shower wall and the wall behind the mirror are finished in Naghsh Ara's handmade herringbone tile in deep green glaze. The soft sheen of the glaze in low light adds depth and warmth, framed by a black-profile glass door – handmade tile works in minimal, dark schemes too.

Guest WC with emerald green picket tiles

Guest WC with emerald green picket tiles

Walls and floor of this guest WC are finished in Naghsh Ara's handmade picket (elongated hexagon) tile in emerald glaze. Running the tile from wall to floor makes the small room feel larger and seamless, and the hand-glaze variation gives depth. A black pedestal basin, oval mirror and grey concrete-look walls make the green the focal point.

Courtyard with brick arches and green handmade tile

Courtyard with brick arches and green handmade tile

In this project under construction, the courtyard wall is built with brick arches whose recesses and base band are clad in Naghsh Ara's handmade tile in emerald glaze. Warm brick with glossy green recalls traditional Persian courtyards in a contemporary building. Our glazes resist moisture and weather and suit outdoor spaces.

Green herringbone floor in handmade tile

Green herringbone floor in handmade tile

This video shows a floor being laid with Naghsh Ara's handmade herringbone tile in emerald glaze – from setting the herringbone rows to the finished surface, which mirrors the light and surroundings. The natural shade variation in each piece sets it apart from a uniform factory floor. Besides walls, the herringbone tile can be used on indoor and semi-open floors.

Counter front and stairs in green handmade tile with LED

In this commercial project the counter front is clad in Naghsh Ara's handmade elongated tile in emerald glaze, laid in herringbone and stepped patterns, and the stair risers use the same tile. LED strips under the wooden top and each step make the glossy glaze glow like glass – an example of handmade tile in shops, cafés and commercial spaces.

Bathroom with freestanding tub and green subway tile wall

The wall behind the freestanding tub and WC is laid with Naghsh Ara's handmade subway tile in emerald glaze, horizontally. Gold fittings and a heated towel rail stand out on the glossy green, and a black-and-white patterned floor completes a classic look, while the other walls stay plain so the green remains the focus.

WC with multi-tone blue and purple Moroccan tiles

WC with multi-tone blue and purple Moroccan tiles

Naghsh Ara's handmade lantern tiles in light blue, turquoise, purple and grey are mixed here into a lively, detailed wall. Concealed lighting in the wooden side posts highlights the glaze and colour shifts, while white sanitaryware keeps the space balanced. Mixing several colours in one design is one of the options when ordering handmade tile.

WC with vertically stacked green tiles

WC with vertically stacked green tiles

Here Naghsh Ara's handmade elongated tile is laid in straight vertical stacks on walls and floor. The vertical layout makes the ceiling feel higher, white grout draws crisp modern lines, and the teal-green glaze pairs with gold-and-black sanitaryware and large mirrors for a bold, luxurious look.

Backlit green subway tile wall behind a bathtub

Backlit green subway tile wall behind a bathtub

The wall behind this freestanding bathtub is laid in Naghsh Ara's handmade green subway tile in brick bond. Concealed lighting around the frame brings out the irregular edges and the shine of the hand-applied glaze, so the wall glows like a lit panel against the dark stone around it – a good model for a feature wall behind a tub or shower.

WC in navy Moroccan lantern tiles

WC in navy Moroccan lantern tiles

This WC is finished in Naghsh Ara's handmade Moroccan lantern (arabesque) tile in glossy navy glaze. The curved shapes and slim white grout lines create a continuous traditional pattern across two walls, and the glaze shifts as the light changes. Deep navy with a cream vanity and beige sanitaryware gives a classic yet current look. The booth was installed with other handmade tiles of ours in a sanitaryware showroom, seen in the video and photos.

WC with turquoise green herringbone tiles

WC with turquoise green herringbone tiles

Two walls of this WC are covered floor to ceiling in Naghsh Ara's handmade herringbone tile in turquoise green glaze. The herringbone runs continuously around the corner so the space reads as one surface. The hand-applied glaze varies slightly from piece to piece and catches the ceiling light with natural depth, while the grey vanity, white wall-hung WC and wood-look floor let the green take centre stage.
